We are looking for poets and playwrights who wish to have their work published. So if you are a writer and are interested in getting your work published, please contact us by e-mail.

What would the book look like?

This would depend entirely on what you want. If your book is less that 65 pages long, it would probably be a staple bound book much like 'Wirral's Winter Words'. If your book would be over 65 pages we would consider a perfect binding, however perfect binding does increase costs significantly.

For a first collection we are more likely to offer only a perfect bound book. This keeps costs down but is still of a good quality. All the books printed by us will have ISBNs and be available for sale through our online bookstore. We would also endeavour to get some kind of launch event together.

Why The Writer's Forum?

The Writer's Forum will pay you 60% of the profits made from the book.

This means that once we have sold enough books to recover the costs of the print run we will split all profits in half. 60% to you, 40% for us. Our share will all go toward printing other books.

Be aware, if we do not recoup our expenses, you make no profit.

Guidelines

When you e-mail us, please do not send us manuscripts, rather send us the following:

• Your Name and Contact Details
• A short description of your work
• A list of places we can look at your work or a small example
• Your writing experience to date

We will do our best to respond to your query within 48 hours, however, in the unlikely event that we do not please be patient. We will respond to all queries.
