That Time of Year

Here it comes,
That time of year,
For Christmas Cheer,
Snow, Presents and Reindeer.

Here it comes,
That time of year,
For Christmas Cheer,
Snow, Presents and BLOODY Reindeer!

Here it comes,
Those noses cold,
And fires warm,
For which, we're never too old!

Here it comes,
My nose is cold,
Shop profits are bulging,
With all the scarfs they've sold!

It's nearly here,
The kids are off school,
They play and are believing,
Christmas is Cool!

It's nearly here,
Damn Kids are off school,
Yelling and Making trouble,
It's like Mob rule!

It's nearly here,
That time of year,
Let's celebrate with,
Turkey, Wine and some Beer.

It's nearly here,
That time of year,
For the coma,
Induced by Beer.

It’s here,
Will it be white?
Will the kids smile?
Our emotions, high as a kite.

It’s here,
It won’t snow,
It’ll just be,
Darker than the feathers of a crow.

It's here,
That time of year,
Let’s open our presents,
And celebrate with those most dear.

It’s here,
That time of year,
Faking joy,
Over the socks given by those most dear.

It’s nearly over,
But, almost here,
One big party,
For the end of the year!

It’s nearly over,
But, here comes,
New Year’s,
Boring me to tears.

It's nearly over,
That time of year,
For Christmas Cheer,
What a pity, it's only once a year!

It's nearly over,
That bloody time,
For Christmas Cheer,
Thank Goodness, It comes just once a year!
