Helpless baby! Cuts and marks,
My very first inguries and scars,
Locked in the cubard,
And tied to the bed bars...

Mummy's boyfriend's "little girl",
Being hit every day,
Locked away,
He touched me,
She watched standing there,
And life wasn't fair...

Getting older!
Made the mistake of telling,
For that i deserved the "punishment"
And everything else i was getting,
Laying in the hospital, monitors beeping,
Wake up from sleeping, sweating and screaming,
My broken body black and blue but numb,
Visit by mum....

Now! Things are different,
Now everythings ok,
I love life
And live it to the full each day,
But now i wont have my picture taken,
Theres just no way!

Now i take photos of my kids,
Like my mom did of me,
Except the moments i capture,
Are all happy..

Smiling, Laughing, Dancing,
And enjoying the world,
Their cute freckel faces and pretty curls,
Them playing all day,
Them having lots to do and say,
Any special time,
Every christmas and birthday,
Them and their favourite toys,
And making lots of noise....
