I have always been interested in writing. I like poetry and short stories most of all. I studied English literature and language and currently work as an English tutor abroad. I first started writing poetry about ten years ago. I sometimes write short storied too. I am inspired by nature and historical places, for example, the very old wine-growing regions in Austria, and castles and beaches in England and Wales. I love the Welsh language. I’m also very interested in Celtic and Roman history. My favourite poets are John Clare, Wilfred Owen, and Robert Frost.

"I am inspired by historical places, nature, and strange random thoughts which just jump into my head at odd moments. They make me laugh at inappropriate times."
